Collection & Delivery Day!

Our next Collection & Delivery Day is happening on Thursday 9th April 2026!

Whether you’ve got resources you can’t move, need help delivering items to the Hub, or want to collect something listed on the Resource Hub website, we’re here to help!

On our previous van days, we’ve visited around 7 organisations and artists across West Yorkshire, moved 130+ items, and supported organisations who couldn’t transport their resources themselves to help our network save on skips, transport, and storage, while keeping valuable materials in use!

How it Works:

1. Reserve a slot for the day, Thursday 9th April 2026!
2. We’ll collect or deliver creative resources to you using our hire van
3. We ask for a donation based on the items and your location, this helps cover fuel and van hire
4. Especially helpful for anyone without a vehicle or facing access barriers to transporting resources

We can collect and deliver a wide range of resources, from set pieces, props, and staging to furniture and costumes. If it fits in the van, we’ll do our best to help!
