Resource Hub is a free platform helping theatre, film, TV and all other creative professionals source and donate high-quality materials. We facilitate peer to peer exchange, as well as offer collection and delivery services of assets such as sets, props, costumes and equipment.

Why we exist
The creative and cultural industries generate a significant amount of waste, with sets, props, costumes, and other materials often ending up in skips rather than being reused.
We believe that waste is simply a resource in the wrong place at the wrong time. By disrupting the traditional patterns of take, make, consume, waste, we aim to create a more circular economy, one where materials are used again and again, extending their lifespan and reducing environmental impact.
How it works
Find materials
Our free-to-use platform lists all available items looking for a new home.
Donate items
If you have items you no longer need and want to give them a new home, we offer two ways to help.
List them yourself
Create an account and post your items, managing requests directly.
Reduce waste
By using Resource Hub, you’re actively reducing waste in the creative and cultural industries and supporting a circular economy.

The Resource Hub is operated by SAIL, a pioneering not for profit that supports the creative and cultural industries with environmental sustainability.
SAIL operate a members network of creative and cultural organisations across the West Yorkshire area, offer training, subject matter expertise and sustainable solutions to the creative and cultural industries, including live events, theatre, film, TV, museums and galleries.
